The National Youth Entrepreneurship Awards (NYEA), which started in 2016, takes place annually to reach and celebrate
the achievements of budding entrepreneurs on a national level. The awards are given to youths­ who have displayed entrepreneurial qualities and recognises their contributions to the Singapore startup ecosystem.

Through this award, ACE.SG hopes to inspire more youth to contribute to the local startup and innovation ecosystem.

In Singapore, our startups and innovators are at the forefront with cutting edge innovation, disruptive
technology, and contemporary solutions. They improve lives with solutions that
drive good change in our communities, societies, and the world.​

This year, the focus for NYEA turns to the youths who are working in the sustainability and social impact space. We
will recognise and award youths that are leading the waves and changing the
world we live in for the better.​

There are 2 categories for the NYEA awards:

• Post-Secondary Educational Institutes (PSEI) Category: For students from the Junior College, Polytechnics, and Institutes of Technical Education (ITE)
• University & Open Category: For current university students and all individuals not more than 35 years of age as of 1 January 2023

Please note that applications need to be endorsed by either:

• A professional reference
• A staff from the school’s Enterprise Centre
• A Professor from the school

To make a nomination:

• Download the forms:

Obtain the needed endorsements, ensure that the nomination form is complete

• Submit your nomination before 16 October, 2359 to ace.nyea@gmail.com
• Ensure that the email and document are titled correctly
